Computer Interface Helmet – Essentially a non-invasive version of the DNI in the Force Control Implant system, the Computer Interface Helmet is a simple band that goes over a user’s eyes. The band is opaque, but contains no displays, it merely blocks out vision for easier use of its primary function. The band utilizes advanced technology to synchronize with the user’s brain, allowing for direct input of information into the neural cortex. While this does allow for full VR, it has the downside of completely blocking out all vision, meaning that the user is treated as flat footed while wearing this unless they are connected to sensors on their person. The frequent use of this device has lead to the Dwellers having an opinion that using a computer utilizing your hands is ‘primitive.’
Teleporter Unit, Personal – The Dweller Personal Teleporter is an arm-mounted unit utilizing advanced force control technologies, functioning as the Teleport incantation made at a +20 Magery check. It’s power pack holds enough power for two uses of Teleport, only the first of which can be to a destination of the user’s choice – the second must be a teleport back to the unit’s assigned receiving station. The teleport back to the receiving station has no chance of failing, it will always succeed with no error.
